Photography
Photography is offered at AS and A-level and we follow the Edexcel examination board.
Development of ideas, research and technical ability play a key part within photography. The girls work independently producing supporting studies for their projects as well as participating in discussion and personal tutorial time, to voice their opinions and views.
Girls study in a well-equipped photographic department with three dark rooms and have access to a range of camera equipment.
An annual photography competition encourages girls throughout the school to take experiment with their cameras. The winning photos are included in a special wall calendar.
